Our Pressure Washing Process

Not sure what to expect when you hire a pressure washing professional? Here is a breakdown of our process from start to finish so you can know exactly how your home wash pressure washing will go.

1. Free Consultation & Estimate - We provide all our customers a free consultation and estimate for their pressure washing project. After your initial call or online inquiry, we reach out within 24 hours (in most cases it’s within 90 mins). On this initial call we collect some basic information about you and your home that enables us to provide your basic estimate. At this time we can either give you a basic estimate of our services or schedule an onsite visit to more accurately estimate your project. If you opt for an onsite visit don’t worry, that is free too!

2. Scheduling - Once we provide you with your estimate and you have reviewed and agreed to the work, we work with you to schedule your service appointment. For most of our services it is not required that you or anyone be home for it, unless you want to me. Once scheduled, we reach out to confirm your date and time of service 48 prior to it as sometimes weather changes things.

3. Initial Inspection - When you service day arrives we will arrive onsite, on time. Upon arrival we will begin our initial inspection of the project. If you are onsite as well we will walk the project together so we can address any questions or concerns you might have. At this time we will point out any issue we see prior to progressing with the cleaning. We will also take some photos to document the service.

4. Washing Prep - Before any washing occurs or any detergents or other cleaning agents touch your home we do our initial surface and surrounding prep. We prep all surfaces that will be cleaned as well as the surrounding areas such as lawns, landscaping, and shrubbery to ensure they are prepped and protected so they are safe and healthy.

5. Eco-Friendly Cleaning - Once all surfaces and surroundings are prepped we will begin the actual cleaning. The surface we are cleaning will determine the method we use. For appropriate hard surfaces (stone, brick, concrete, etc.) we will pressure wash using higher pressure and eco-friendly, biodegradable detergents. For more delicate surfaces (vinyl, wood, siding, sofits, roofs, awnings, etc.) we utilize a more gentle, low-pressure soft wash with eco-friendly, biodegradable detergents. This process is much safer for the surface and produces the best cleaning results.

6. Rinse - Once your surface(s) are clean we do a final rinse to ensure all detergents and any remaining organic matter or dirt are removed. During this final rinse we also go over any surrounding lawns, landscaping, and shrubbery again to ensure they too are free from excess dirt and remnant detergents ensuring the continue to thrive and grow.

7. Final Inspection - After rinsing we do a final inspection to ensure all surfaces are clean as well an any problem areas have been addresses. If you are onsite at this time we will walk the inspection together to ensure you are satisfied with the results.

8. Post Cleaning Follow Up - Two to three days after your service we will follow up with you to check in on how things are after your cleaning. At this time will address any questions or concerns that have come up since your cleaning.
